About Spherical

Spherical is a creative technology studio supporting projects regenerating the health and integrity of Earth’s living systems. In collaboration with ARLA, we are developing an open-source field kit of tools to support community-driven climate resilience in Los Angeles and beyond. What You Need

• 4+ years of experience as a professional software developer
• 2+ years experience working on full-stack web apps (SPAs) in JavaScript/Typescript
• Experience designing and managing databases (RDBMS or NoSQL)
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner within a non-hierarchical team
• Bonus points for experience with: cartography, Mapbox, geographic data visualization, realtime web apps, WebGL/3D graphics, accessibility
