Product Manager
Overview
Spherical is seeking a Product Manager to shape and coordinate the delivery of our Living Infrastructure Field Kit across the product lifecycle. You'll report to the Head of Product as the sole Product Manager with responsibility across the full product.

Current Project
What You'll Do
- Translate product strategy and roadmap from the Head of Product into clear project briefs and plans
- Oversee mechanisms for collecting feedback from the field, including product analytics and user feedback forms
- Synthesize input from user research, analytics, user engagement, stakeholders, and competitive analysis into project requirements and scope
- Ensure teams are aligned on the value that we are orienting towards while encouraging team members to generate their own creative solutions
- Document requirements in the backlogs of contributing teams (Design, Engineering, Creative)
- Support the ongoing prioritization of team backlogs to ensure that teams are delivering value in a timely manner
- Coordinate project tasks and dependencies among contributing teams to streamline handoffs and remove blockers
- Think creatively about where delivery can be simplified and streamlined while delivering the necessary value
- Perform acceptance testing on new work to ensure it meets specified requirements
- Document updates in help center and release notes
- Coordinate releases and training for external-facing teams
- Report out on project status to key stakeholders
What You Need
- 4+ years of experience as a professional product manager
- Experience working on data-oriented projects
- Experience with the following domains a plus: geospatial mapping, ecology, climate, environmental justice, infrastructure, or community engagement
- Experience facilitating and managing agile processes, such as scrum, lean, or extreme programming
- Experience with project management software tools, such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Linear, or Pivotal Tracker
- Experience writing clear project plans and user stories
- Ability to learn new domains and organize coherent domain terminology
- Ability to synthesize ongoing input from diverse stakeholders into continuously updating plans and priorities
- Ability to translate product value to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with and align cross-functional team members, including design, engineering, creative, and user engagement

- Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000
