Current Project
What You'll Do
- Work with the Spherical Creative team, including creative directors, creative lead, copywriter, visual designer, project managers, product managers, and engineers to further our Living Infrastructure Field Kit
- Work with many different facets of design including (but not limited to) digital, brand identity systems, typography, product design, and web design
- Demonstrate an exceptional eye for layout, composition and UI
- Align the visual design direction with a broader design system, incorporating conceptual, artistic, and editorial considerations
- Clearly communicate the rationale behind your design decisions throughout the creative process
- Collaborate with our Engineering Team to ensure designs incorporate considerations of feasibility, simplicity, and performance
- Use a variety of tools and techniques to create designs that not only look great, but are executed in meaningful ways to deliver quantifiable results
What You Need
- 5+ years of related experience (graphic design, branding, and web design. Experience creating user interface elements for digital products a plus!)
- Experience following brand or style guides
- Experience with visual design software (Figma, Adobe CC)
- Ability to communicate rationale and process behind design decisions
- Ability to collaborate with and present to stakeholders to generate alignment

- Hourly rate between $95-$110, DOE
