Current Project
What You'll Do
- Process and tile geospatial data using GIS tools such as QGIS and GDAL
- Upload this data for processing into map tiles via Mapbox systems (Mapbox Studio and Mapbox Tile Service)
- Evaluate data sets for precision, completeness, and appropriateness
- Communicate and collaborate with external data resources and stakeholders
What You Need
- 3+ years of professional experience using ArcGIS, QGIS, GDAL or equivalent tools to reproject, process and export geospatial data sets
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to internal team members and with external data stakeholders
- A portfolio of cartographic and geospatial data visualization projects
