Spherical is a strategic design and integrative research studio supporting projects regenerating the health and integrity of Earth’s living systems. We are developing and incubating the Living Infrastructure Field Kit in close collaboration with partners and community members.

Current Project

What You'll Do

  • Help set up the marketing function for the Living Infrastructure Field Kit in preparation for a public launch across Los Angeles County
  • Define marketing strategy, including refinements to audience segmentation, brand strategy, and core messaging
  • Identify potential partnerships that can help us build relationships at scale
  • Generate awareness of the Field Kit via appropriate digital and in-person marketing channels using an experiment-driven approach
  • Set up and oversee marketing analytics, reporting out to the rest of the team on performance and recommended improvements
  • Maintain and optimize landing page messaging and CTAs guiding users to sign up for the Field Kit
  • Collaborate with the Product team to refine the overall user adoption journey
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to generate content and assets for marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the User Engagement team to perform outreach and run events


What We Offer

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience with early-stage products, spanning strategy and execution
  • Ability to analyze market opportunities and audience segments
  • Ability to craft effective brand strategy and messaging
  • Experience with a variety of marketing channels, such as SEO, paid, and email
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Creative, and User Engagement teams to launch effective marketing campaigns
  • Ability to run, instrument, and monitor experiments
  • Ability to use content management systems and landing page builders to deliver effective messaging and content
  • Experience with grassroots social movements or campaigns a plus
  • Experience marketing to nonprofit and/or government audiences a plus

  • Salary range: $150,000 - $165,000
